My night-time meditation ritual

I’ve been using Medika Organics’ Rejuvenating Day Facial Oil, and ironically, it's become a staple in my 'night-time' routine! Being 50 and menopausal, my skin has been going through a lot—dry, dull, and lacking that healthy glow.
