I’ve been contemplating changing to natural bar shampoo and conditioner for quite some time. I don’t even love my old products - I honestly just wasn’t sure what bar shampoo and conditioners would be like when I’m so familiar with using liquids.

I’ve been using Medika Organics’ Rejuvenating Day Facial Oil, and ironically, it's become a staple in my 'night-time' routine! Being 50 and menopausal, my skin has been going through a lot—dry, dull, and lacking that healthy glow. This oil has been such a relief (Omegas and Vitamins) to my skin and the citrus smelling essential oils are delicious. I use it every night after cleansing, and the texture feels rich and nourishing. This Conditioner Bar is so good... it leaves my thick course hair feeling so soft & visibly shinier. For me also a big win is it has somehow tamed my very stubborn flyaways. This teamed with the shampoo bar have my hair in much better condition. Also Neroli & Bergamot are 2 of my favourite scents so to me it smells divine.

Love this shampoo bar! I am so impressed with this product, it really leaves my hair cleaner for longer than previous shampoos plus it smells amazing. Given it is without all the usual "nasties" I was surprised at how nicely it lathered -as someone newer to trying to go lower tox/lower waste I was concerned given how much I normally spend on hair care that the results would not be as good. But the philosophy of the brand & the range of products really spoke to me making me give this a go & I am so glad I did! I will be a repeat customer.
