Refund policy

 

I truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, I will happily offer a full refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.  The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  The item must be shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery to you; and received back by me within 30 days of delivery to you. I recommend your parcel is dated and timestamped. Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility if your return is lost in transit back to me, so I recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure a safe and timely return.
