Tahitian Lime offers a vibrant, zesty, and tropical aroma. The scent is bright and citrusy, with a sweet tangy lime note that feels refreshing and invigorating. Unlike regular lime, Tahitian lime carries a softer, slightly exotic undertone, evoking a sense of sunny, lush island vibes. It’s an uplifting and energising scent.
Wild Rose is scented with a blend of rosewood and rose geranium essential oils and offers a warm, floral, and slightly woody aroma. The rose geranium brings a sweet, rosy, and herbaceous note, while the rosewood adds a smooth, earthy undertone with a hint of soft spice. Together, they create a balanced luxurious scent that is both uplifting and grounding, perfect for a soothing and elegant experience.

My night-time meditation ritual
I’ve been using Medika Organics’ Rejuvenating Day Facial Oil, and ironically, it's become a staple in my 'night-time' routine! Being 50 and menopausal, my skin has been going through a lot—dry, dull, and lacking that healthy glow. This oil has been such a relief (Omegas and Vitamins) to my skin and the citrus smelling essential oils are delicious. I use it every night after cleansing, and the texture feels rich and nourishing. The next morning, my skin always is softer, more hydrated, and definitely more alive. My lashes grow stronger and thicker when I use this oil.
One of my favourite evening rituals is right after a shower when I massage the oil into my face and neck. It’s like a little moment of self-care meditation. I use the left-over oil from my fingers on the tips of my hair and my cuticles, and it feels like I’m giving my skin so much love :-)

Must have Scalp Stimulating Shampoo Bar
Love this shampoo bar! I am so impressed with this product, it really leaves my hair cleaner for longer than previous shampoos plus it smells amazing. Given it is without all the usual "nasties" I was surprised at how nicely it lathered -as someone newer to trying to go lower tox/lower waste I was concerned given how much I normally spend on hair care that the results would not be as good. But the philosophy of the brand & the range of products really spoke to me making me give this a go & I am so glad I did! I will be a repeat customer.

I’ve been contemplating changing to natural bar shampoo and conditioner for quite some time. I don’t even love my old products - I honestly just wasn’t sure what bar shampoo and conditioners would be like when I’m so familiar with using liquids.
As soon as I opened the Aust post packaging, I could smell the delicious shampoo and conditioner. And I hadn’t even opened the box! The scent wasn’t overwhelming - just lovely.
Using this bar shampoo and conditioner was easy as. Goodbye big containers filling my shower and recycling bin. My hair and scalp love them too. My hair is sitting better naturally and for longer too (likely to there being no fillers?!)

I adore this Nourishing Conditioner Bar
This Conditioner Bar is so good... it leaves my thick course hair feeling so soft & visibly shinier. For me also a big win is it has somehow tamed my very stubborn flyaways. This teamed with the shampoo bar have my hair in much better condition. Also Neroli & Bergamot are 2 of my favourite scents so to me it smells divine.
